Any order validated by the customer implies the prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the code of practice of the polyolefin film and sheath industries (general conditions of sale and the technical conditions).

ART.1: Opposability - Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Any condition to the contrary, in the absence of express acceptance, shall not be binding on the seller.

ART.2: Order - All orders, to be taken into account, must be written. The latter will become, in any event definitive after having been confirmed in writing by the seller.

ART.3: Tolerances - The quantitative and qualitative tolerances are regulated by the code of practice of the polyolefin film and sheath industries.

ART.6: Deadlines - Except written and prior commitment of the seller, delivery times are given for information only. ART.8: Complaint - Return of goods - Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions the customer must notify the seller of any anomaly within 8 days of receipt of the goods. After this period, no claim will be taken into account. Moreover, the use of a quantity greater than 10% of the quantity delivered renders the complaint inadmissible. The anomaly will only be recognized after the customer has allowed the seller to check the condition of the goods. In the event of an anomaly reported within the aforementioned period and recognized, only the repair of the offending merchandise or its replacement or possibly a credit corresponding to the value of the merchandise may result, without further compensation of any kind whatsoever. at the expense of the seller, the latter reserving the choice of the most appropriate solution. In any case, the eventual return of the goods must be the subject of a prior written agreement of the seller.

ART.9: Price and payment - The goods are provided at the price in force on the day of the order or the price fixed in the estimate or the tariff, the latter being only valid for 30 days from the date of dispatch or publication. These prices are expressed in euros.

ART.10: Late payment - The seller retains full and exclusive ownership of the goods sold until full payment of their price. Any amount not paid at maturity will result in:

ART.11: Liability - If the responsibility of the seller were to be recognized in respect of a supplied goods, the maximum amount of compensation that could be paid could in no case exceed the price paid by the customer for the goods or the service in question. In any case, the seller is not responsible for the consequences caused by his goods to other goods and / or any direct or indirect damage.

ART.12: Retention of title - The seller retains full and exclusive ownership of the goods sold until full payment of their price. The return of the goods will be made at the expense and risk of the buyer. The buyer is prohibited from reselling or modifying the goods until he has fully paid the price.

ART.13: Intellectual property of the contents of the Internet site - According to the article L.111-1 of the code of the intellectual property, no text or element composing the Internet site can be reproduced, modified, diffused in any way that it would be.
